1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污：清洗或更換軸承。
2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合：校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動(dòng)部件。
3、緩沖閥內(nèi)有臟污：清洗緩沖閥。
五、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)示值正偏差
