將介電試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一根試驗(yàn)引接到作為一個(gè)電極的試樣的導(dǎo)體上，并另一根試驗(yàn)引接到作為另一個(gè)電極的金屬試棒上，電壓應(yīng)從零開(kāi)始上升至28.1規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)電壓。升壓速度不得超過(guò)500V/s如果達(dá)到水平無(wú)擊穿，電壓應(yīng)保持在該水平60秒。
